Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Wonderful Seedless Lemon juice
  • 2 oz. gin
  • 1 oz. honey
  • 6 oz. champagne or dry sparkling wine (such as prosecco)
  • Honeycomb, for garnish
  • Lemon wheel, for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, gin, lemon juice, and honey. Cap the shaker and shake vigorously to combine.
  2. Strain into coupe glasses and top with champagne. Use a cocktail pick to garnish with a piece of honeycomb and a lemon twist. Serve immediately.
