- 1 cup raspberries
- ¼ cup Wonderful Seedless Lemon juice
- 1/3 cup agave syrup
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 cups ice
- 12 raspberries for garnish
- Place a fine-mesh sieve over a bowl and press the raspberries through, using a spatula to remove the seeds.
- Mix agave syrup, Wonderful Seedless Lemon juice and water together. Pour over the seeds in the sieve to extract the remaining raspberry juice. Add ice and serve chilled. Garnish with raspberries.
Tip: Pressing the seeds this way vs. pureeing in a blender yields very fresh raspberry flavor without any bitterness from the seeds.
